  • The contest is restricted only for the kids between 4-8, 9-13 and 14-18 years of age group
  • The last date of painting submissions is 31st July, 2023
  • Participation in this contest is entirely voluntary
  • A participant, by participating in this contest, hereby represents and warrants that all the submissions are their original works and no copyright and/or trademark and/or other intellectual property rights have been violated by such submission
  • A copy of the entries needs to be submitted in JPEG/PNG format only
  • Size of the file cannot exceed 10 Mega Bytes (MB)
  • Once your paintings are approved, kindly courier the hard copy of your painting to 7th Floor, Best Business Park, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi – 110034
  • Any entry outside the theme criteria mentioned shall lead to disqualification of the participant at sole discretion of Shriram Automall India Limited
  • Participants will be allowed to share their approved drawing/painting/picture through the microsite on their social media to gain votes to enhance their chance of winning
  • The winners then will be decided by a panel of jury for each age group.
  • 3 winners and two runners up from each age group will be awarded basis the jury’s decision
  • Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of only one contest prize
  • The participant understands and agrees that the he/she shall not have any claim against Shriram Automall India Limited (SAMIL) its directors, employees, associates, affiliates, etc., with respect to the use of their art/craft/photograph in any of the social media platforms and/or for any other promotional activities and shall not raise any objection or restriction regarding the use of them at any time in the future
  • The winner of the contest shall win prizes which will be communicated to the winners through online communication or will be posted on the website
  • Shriram Automall reserves the right to disqualify the participant or the winner from the benefits of the contest if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the prize under the contest or otherwise by participating in the contest
  • By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the contest rules and warrants that his/her entry complies with all requirements set out in the rules
  • The decision of Jury Panel and Shriram Automall shall be final and binding on the participants with regards to the interpretation of these rules and regulations.
  • The Participant / Voter acknowledge and consent to submitting their contact details allowing Shriram Automall to send offers, solicitations or other product brochures to them and for contacting them.
  • Disputes, if any, arising out of participation in the contest or any other dispute shall be referred to sole Arbitrator appointed by SAMIL, place of Arbitration shall be Delhi and language English.
  • Sole Jurisdiction of Delhi Court only.
  • Shriram Automall reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/withdraw/vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, the campaign
